Sit at the bar! The bartenders here are amazing to watch crank out craft cocktails. We loved the atmosphere, the drinks, and the food (elk bolognese).

TERRIFIC!! Prospector for lunch - yes please. We were treated to the best lunch and finest service we’ve enjoyed in a very long time in an upscale bar environment. Staff was engaging and friendly. The chef’s prepared the best Duck wrap I’ve ever eaten. While my wife found the BEST crab cake sandwich this side of Maryland. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Colorado. Back 4 months later for Christmas Eve lunch. Another wonderful experience. Great sandwich and beers.

Both our cocktail and mocktail orders were both beautiful and tasty. Really appreciate that the mocktails are a cheaper price than the cocktails here. It's a small but very refined menu. The food was top notch on artisan ingredients and tasted amazing. Even though it seems pricey up front, what was delivered matches the price point. The atmosphere is laid back, calm, quiet, warm, and inviting. The pace of service matches the atmosphere and isn't fast paced.

Love this place!! Our favorite little bar in Breck! Best Smoked Old Fashioned Ever and the food is delicious!! Justen is an awesome Bartender/Sous chef and Loved the Deviled eggs!! Steve was a great server! We visited 5 times while in Breck! Can’t wait to come back next year!!

Had such a good experience! The smoked ember old fashioned was incredible - amazing presentation and flavor. The bartender Maxwell was fantastic and made the visit even better. Highly recommend for a unique cocktail experience and great food!

A MUST SEE cocktail lounge to eat, drink and be merry. My family and I were recommend this place for drinks and it did not disappoin! Ben, the bartender was so kind, made us the most FLAVORFUL drinks and was super sweet. More Bartenders need to be like Ben.

Prospect is hands down the best bar in Breckenridge! After a full day on the slopes, I couldn't have asked for a better spot to unwind. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between upscale and comfortable that's hard to find in a mountain town. But let's talk about their espresso martinis - absolutely PHENOMENAL! Perfectly balanced with a velvety texture and just the right kick of espresso. The bartenders clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in every sip. I tried several cocktails during my visit, but kept coming back to that espresso martini. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the entire staff made us feel like locals rather than tourists. If you're in Breck, do yourself a favor and make Prospect your go-to spot for drinks. Your taste buds will thank you!"
